This one honestly felt pretty easy to me. You can start with your right foot on the lower start hold and easily pivot your weight above it, then just stand onto the chip with your left foot. There's a hold above the lip, so the scramble is fairly accommodating, even if it still bears a passing resemblance to a flopping fish. Sometimes you just get a free black, I suppose.
